The “Big Five” of Reinvention and Transformation
Broadly speaking, these are the categories that encompass the key points for personal transformation and happiness. If you want to make changes, you have to spend some time in each area. At face value, it seems either too simple, or way too difficult. Here’s the truth. It’s both. Once you understand how to begin and you take the first few steps, you will already have changed. The rest will unfold in ways you couldn’t have possibly planned for. We’ll take a deep dive and talk about each of these “categories” or “buckets” in the podcast. However, for now, you can experience momentum just by reading this and thinking of what it may all mean to you.
