You are the person that inspires and follows through on the action and steps to change your life. You are and/or become the specialist of being you! This moment...now…is the only time we really have. The past and future are just thoughts. The Zeitgeist or… “spirit of the times”, includes presence and growth. And, it includes finding more happiness and joy in life. It’s time to be the best version of yourself. This project is for you. It is here to help you find the superpowers already in you. These superpowers are at your disposal right now. You just have to find them.

Happy “inner travels” and adventures! Stay curious friends.

A lifelong student of Stoic Philosophy and Positive Psychology, and a person who is curious and fascinated with the human condition, he travels extensively throughout the world learning, seeking, researching, consulting, speaking, working and volunteering with NGOs that are doing great things. And, he continues to pursue his passion projects and curiosities along the way.

When not working, you’ll likely find him on a beach, meditating or practicing Yoga in Bali, trekking in the Himalayas of Nepal, walking around a new city shooting street photography and getting to know the locals, or on a mountain bike or good hiking trail somewhere interesting. One additional possibility is a local wine bar. But, only with good company.
